Return Period
You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and unworn
• In original packaging
• With all tags attached
• With proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return your original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: up to 10 business days
Please note: your bank or payment provider may take additional time.
